Rediscovering Bharat's Glory: Lessons from History for a Bright Future
Bharat was abundant in wealth, knowledge, art, monuments, and temples. The knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga, astronomy, astrology, and mathematics was immense. Even today, modern scientists using modern tools often find their calculations closely aligned with what was documented thousands of years ago.
What caused the decline?
One critical oversight in Bharat was the neglect of its security forces. Over the recent centuries, the political power of Bharat's kings became corrupt and weakened. Furthermore, corrupt individuals divided society based on professions, leading to what we now know as the caste system. There were four primary professions: Brahmins for Vedic rituals and mantra puja, Kshatriyas for security forces, Vaishyas for business activities, and Shudras for cleanliness and societal beautification. All these professions were essential for efficient societal functioning. Notably, there isn't a single verse in Vedic scriptures that discriminates people based on their profession. For instance, if a Brahmin's son chose to become a soldier, he would transition to the Kshatriya profession. However, corrupt individuals distorted this basic structure, leading to discrimination based on profession and fueling hatred among people.
These vulnerabilities made Bharat susceptible to external forces(British, Mughals and others), resulting in looting, destruction, and poverty.
Now, after enduring significant hardships, the people of Bharat are working towards reestablishing themselves and rediscovering the truth through accurate knowledge. Today Bharat's People are everywhere in the world in prominent positions. Bharat is poised to once again become the world's guide in the near future.
Here are a few lessons to draw from history:
- Never compromise on the security forces.
- Elect political leaders who are free from corruption.
- Aim for at least 60% of the nation's population to be sincere and wise to maintain the nation's integrity.
Achieving this requires the dissemination of correct knowledge and the promotion of positive values without hesitation.
